Executive Assistant 

Location: Sydney, CBD

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks with ease. This role requires excellent communication skills, impeccable discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively handle issues before they arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • General executive responsibilities such as managing appointments, board meetings, minute taking, travel and accommodation arrangements, some media interactions, and handling general administrative emails.


Additional Details


  • Working hours: 40-hours week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the possibility of after hours work and some weekend phone calls.
  • Autonomy: The Executive Assistant will have primary authority to manage calendars and emails, requiring a high level of autonomy and decision-making capability.


Mandatory Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Monitoring Officer

Location: Dharug Country, Rydalmere NSW

Full Time

As a Monitoring Officer, you will play a crucial role in operations by effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, processing alarm signals, and providing exceptional support to the monitoring center in Brisbane.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process alarm signals and events received from monitored alarm systems following established procedures.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer requests or inquiries following current monitoring processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all alarm events and incoming telephone calls are actioned in a timely manner with the appropriate response to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide support to the Brisbane Monitoring Centre as directed by the Duty Manager or Team Leader.
  • Always maintain adherence to ASIAL Compliance requirements.
  • Record requests for after-hours service technicians for non-monitored customers and follow established processes.
  • Handle inquiries related to driver safety and escalate details to management when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Team Leader.

Mandatory Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong customer service skills, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to pass a full PEM (Police Employee Mandatory) check.
  • Current driver’s license.
