National Administration Manager

Shelby, who is based in Brisbane, commenced with JobTrail in 2021 as a support function for the team. She works closely with the Board of Directors, and both internal and external stakeholders to provide business outcomes.

Prior to moving across to JobTrail, Shelby started her career in Administration as a Receptionist of a multi-tenanted building in Mackay. During her 5 years with the company, the role evolved into facility coordination. This allowed Shelby the opportunity to join a Brisbane engineering firm in 2017 as their Office Manager. The role included Assistant to the Executive Director, Project Administration, Quality Assurance, and Events.
